USA Powerlifting California Ladies of Iron is limited to 56 LIFTERS.
Spectator space is limited.
There are no refunds for a canceled registration for ANY reason.
If you cannot lift in the meet you will forfeit your registration monies.
Transfers to another event are not allowed.
USA POWERLIFTING MEMBERSHIPS
Purchasing your USA Powerlifting membership prior to the competition is required.
Go to www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application for Membership Application.
You will need an active membership in order to participate.
LOCATION
As of now, we plan on having it at our gym:
Validus Elite Training Center, 8199 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Ste B, San Diego CA 92111
However, IF this meet does sell out and still has a demand for more ladies that want to compete,
we will consider moving it to a bigger venue. Location TBA.

Saturday, April 30 - SESSION 1 - AM Session
6:30–7:00am Registration/Equipment Check for AM Session Athletes (Flights A & B)
7:00–8:30am Weigh-in/Equipment check for all AM Session Athletes (Flights A & B)
8:30–9:00am Rules briefing and athlete warm-up
9:00am–1:00pm Commencement of lifting
1:00–1:30pm Competition Awards & Doping Control Protocol

The standard USA Powerlifting weight classes will be used. Youth Weight classes are also available.
Women: 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 100+ (kgs)
Men: 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140, 140+ (kgs)______(kgs)
RECORDS: Only State records can be set at this meet.
Awards and Weight Classes
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place in each class will receive a medal.
Awards will be given at the end of each session.
If you leave before awards are given out, we will NOT mail your award.
Please make arrangements for someone else to collect your medal.
Best Male & Female Lifter Awards (based on DOTS formula)
Announced after Saturday's PM Session.
Coach/Handler Passes
Coach/Handler’s Admission $15 - Limited to 1 per athlete.
Spectator Tickets
Spectator Admission $15 - Limited to 2 per athlete.
We will open up more spectator tickets as soon as we have all lifters registered and they purchased their spectator tickets.
When you arrive on meet day, you'll receive a wristband at the Spectators table.
We will not email or mail spectator tickets in advance.
Rules and Drug Testing
USA Powerlifting allows the following in raw lifting: singlet, belt, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves.
Knee wraps are not allowed in raw competition. Singlets are required.
You are responsible for knowing the USA Powerlifting Rules (USAPL Rulebook v2021.1) before competing.

USA POWERLIFTING POLICIES
A USA Powerlifting membership is required and must be purchased before the meet.
In accordance with USA Powerlifting Anti-Doping Protocol, drug testing will be conducted.
All Athletes are ultimately responsible for what goes into their bodies.
There are many supplements/drugs that are legal to buy but are not legal to take if you compete in USAPL competitions.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By accepting these terms and competing in our meet, you agree to follow all USA Powerlifting Rules, including its Drug-Testing Policies, and also hold blameless USA Powerlifting, Validus Elite Training Center LLC, and all meet personnel in the event of loss or injury during the course of the event.
We'll post flights and sessions here 3-4 weeks out from the event.
