Learn to Lift 2-Day Seminar @ Validus

Mash Elite’s Learn to Lift seminar will be a one-day or two-day experience for beginning or advanced weightlifters and powerlifters or anyone who just wants to learn! The seminar will focus on the lifts of weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk, and strength work to complement) and the lifts of powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift, and progressions).


Topics will include:

  • Teaching the progressions of the lifts (snatch, clean and jerk, squat, bench, deadlift)
  • Recognizing and correcting faulty movement patterns
  • Dynamics of programming and how to implement
  • Techniques that will immediately increase any of the lifts
  • How it all ties together
