Our Semi-Private Group Training Programs provide you with individualized programming no matter who's in your group. We limit our classes to eight members per class to allow our coach to give you personalized feedback. Sign up for three to six classes per week, depending on your program. At the beginning of each program, we will discuss proper technique, specific goals, how to mobilize and properly warm up and cool down. In the next few weeks, you will be guided through your individualized strength program and shown how to document your progress. At the end of the program, you'll have a chance to test your progress, comparing your initial results to your final successful and improved results!

If I've never lifted weights before, will someone show me how to lift properly before I start training with a barbell? Yes, of course! Our coaches review technique in detail and watch your form before we give you any weights. When we feel you are ready and comfortable to add weights, we'll make sure your still maintaining proper form.
Can I do both Weightlifting and Powerlifting during my 3 months there? We encourage everyone to stick to all powerlifting program or an all weightlifting program, not alternating between both.
Is each class limited to 60 minutes? No. Depending on your program and experience level, your workout can last anywhere from 45 minutes up to 3 hours.
I'm still a little nervous. If I'm in a class with 3 other members, will the coach still watch me? Yes! We'll make sure you won't hurt yourself. We are always watching. We have eyes behind our heads. Other members will watch you too and help. We are a team!
Are we all doing the same workout at the same time in each class? Nope. If it was set up that way then it wouldn't be customized. It would also be too difficult to have a male who squats 500lbs finish at the same time a female squats 100lbs. The time it would take for the warm-ups sets and rest time between sets would vary so drastically between members. Workouts are adjusted accordingly to the time needed for each exercise and each member.
How many times a week can I train? It depends on your program. Most of our competitors train 4 to 6 times a week. If you are a beginner, we'd recommend 2-3 times a week until your body adapts. As you feel more comfortable and show improved technique, you can train 3-5x a week.
Do I need to bring anything or buy anything? Bring a water bottle and a towel for your workouts. Weightlifting shoes, knee sleeves, a belt, and wrist wraps are great for Powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting if you're interested in competing. But those items are not mandatory for other classes.
Any current member that refers a friend that purchases a 3 or 6-month training program, receives a discount off their next month! Sweet deal.
